Shipping That Can’t Wait

Dry ice • Blood samples • Biological specimens

When every hour counts, your shipment needs more than speed — it needs a team that understands temperature, timing, and compliance, every step of the way.

Export from India | Import to India

Some shipments simply cannot afford a delay. A blood sample on its way to a diagnostic lab, a vaccine batch that must stay frozen, a clinical trial specimen packed in dry ice — these shipments are racing against a clock that ordinary cargo never has to think about.

We run a dedicated time-critical shipment service built specifically for this kind of cargo — handled by trained staff, packed to the right temperature standard, and moved through customs on a priority track, both for shipments leaving India and shipments arriving into India.

  • Validated cold-chain packaging
  • Dry ice handling & replenishment
  • Priority customs clearance
  • Real-time tracking & trained handling
Process

How We Work

What you get with our service — from cold-chain packaging through dedicated handling.

1
Validated Cold-Chain Packaging

Shipments are packed to the temperature the sample actually needs — ambient, refrigerated (2–8°C), or frozen with dry ice — using packaging that is tested to hold that range for the length of the journey.

2
Dry Ice Handling & Replenishment

Dry ice is a recognised dangerous good in air transport, and we handle it accordingly — correct quantity calculation, proper labelling and documentation, and replenishment arranged on longer routes where a transit stop requires it.

3
Priority Customs Clearance

Time-critical shipments are flagged for priority handling at the courier terminal and moved through clearance on an expedited basis, rather than sitting in the general queue.

4
Compliant Documentation

We help prepare the paperwork these shipments need — dangerous goods declarations for dry ice, biological-substance labelling, and the self-certification/undertaking now accepted for import and export of human biological samples by diagnostic laboratories and research centres — so nothing holds up your shipment at the border.

5
Real-Time Tracking

You can follow the shipment’s progress and, where temperature loggers are used, its condition in transit, so there are no surprises on arrival.

6
Dedicated, Trained Handling

These shipments are handled by staff specifically trained in temperature-sensitive and regulated-goods handling — not run through the same process as a general parcel.

Coverage

What We Ship

Temperature-sensitive and regulated cargo that can’t wait.

Dry Ice-Packed Shipments

Frozen food samples, industrial and lab-use dry ice, temperature-sensitive cargo.

Blood & Diagnostic Specimens

Blood samples and diagnostic specimens for hospitals, laboratories, and diagnostic centres.

Biological & Clinical Research

Biological and clinical research samples for CROs, biotech companies, and research institutions.

Vaccines & Pharma Cold Chain

Vaccines, pharmaceuticals, and other cold-chain medical shipments.

Controlled Temperature Cargo

Any consignment that needs to stay within a specific temperature range from pickup to delivery.

Time-critical shipments aren’t handled like an ordinary parcel. They need validated packaging that holds temperature for the full journey, paperwork that satisfies both dangerous-goods rules (for dry ice) and biological-material rules (for samples), and a courier partner who treats the clock as seriously as the customer does.

Coverage

What We Take Care Of

How we handle each type of time-critical shipment.

Shipment Type What We Take Care Of
Dry ice shipments Dangerous-goods classification, quantity limits, correct packaging and labelling
Blood & diagnostic samples Cold-chain packaging, chain-of-custody documentation, self-certification for Customs
Biological/research specimens Category-appropriate packaging, biological-substance labelling, coordination
Vaccines & pharma cold chain Validated temperature-controlled packaging and monitoring for the full journey
Export

Export From India — How It Works

From booking to delivery confirmation — a clear path for every time-critical export.

1
Book with Full Details

Tell us what’s being shipped, the required temperature range, and the delivery deadline — this determines the packaging and routing we use.

2
We Pack to the Correct Standard

Your shipment is packed with the appropriate cold-chain packaging and, where dry ice is used, in quantities and packaging that meet dangerous-goods transport requirements.

3
Documentation Prepared

We prepare the shipping documents needed — invoice, dangerous goods declaration where dry ice is involved, biological-substance labelling where applicable, and the self-certification/undertaking for biological samples — so the shipment is ready to fly without delay.

4
Priority Booking on the Flight

The shipment is booked on the earliest suitable flight and flagged for priority handling at the terminal.

5
Customs Clearance

We manage export clearance on your behalf, keeping the shipment moving rather than waiting in the general queue.

6
Delivery & Confirmation

On arrival, the shipment is handed to our overseas partner or the consignee directly, and you receive delivery confirmation.

Import

Import To India — How It Works

Advance coordination through last-mile cold-chain delivery.

1
Advance Notice & Coordination

Share the shipment details and expected arrival with us in advance, so we can arrange the right reception — including dry-ice top-up or cold storage, where needed — the moment it lands.

2
Priority Receipt at the Terminal

Time-critical shipments are identified and pulled for priority processing as soon as they arrive, rather than waiting behind general cargo.

3
Customs Clearance

We manage import clearance, including the simplified process now available for genuine diagnostic and research biological samples, which no longer requires a prior import licence — only a self-certification that applicable rules will be followed.

4
Condition Check

Where temperature loggers or dry-ice levels are part of the shipment, we check and record the condition on arrival so you have a clear record before delivery.

5
Last-Mile Delivery

The shipment is delivered directly to your lab, hospital, or facility, keeping the cold chain intact right to the door.

Since 2016, import and export of human biological samples by Indian diagnostic laboratories and research centres for lab analysis or R&D no longer requires a prior import licence or export permit — a simple self-certification to Customs, confirming that applicable rules and safe-handling procedures will be followed, is sufficient for most routine samples. We help you complete this correctly so your shipment isn’t held up.
